Have you been trying to settle a housing or property question? In November you may get the most wonderful options you have found so far, and best of all, you be able to set plans in motion at long last. If you need the money to make those plans materialize, the funds will be available, even if you had problems getting the money you need before this month. You will start to see the pace build once you get to the gorgeous new moon, November 6.

Over the past two months, you may have been thinking a lot about moving, buying, selling, or renting a new space, or fixing it up in some appreciable way. You had Mars touring that area over the past seven weeks, from mid-September though the end of October, and only in the past few days, on October 28, did Mars leave.

Mars may have helped you firm up your plans, but you seem to be waiting for the right moment to act. It may come now. Although year’s end can be a hectic time, the universe will be sending you wonderful choices. It looks as though the new options will be among the very best you have seen, or will see in the future, for a long time. Be ready to roll the minute the opportunity comes up. If you blink, your opportunity may blow away faster than you can say “sensational furniture sale.”

If you are trying to buy or sell property, with the new moon sending vibrations straight to Jupiter and Uranus in your financial area (eighth house), you will be able to negotiate your best price, and this holds true if you are buying or selling. If you need a mortgage, even if in the past you had a hard time getting the terms you wanted, you now have come into a better phase, so try again - you should be thrilled with the answers you get.

Some Leos won’t be concerned with major home-related changes, but little ones, and with Venus visiting this area of your chart, you will make some lovely selections to improve your home’s coziness and sense of style. Wait until AFTER Venus goes direct on November 18 to actually order furniture. (I suggest you make your order on November 19.) Venus has been napping since October 8, so we will all be relieved when this planet of beauty, in all of its forms, will be back in business and helping us with all her ability.

As an aside, last month I warned not to do any radical changes in your looks, including a radical restyle to your hair or in terms of plastic surgery, until Venus regulated her orbit. She will do that on November 18, but to be safe, act on November 19.

For the same reasons, be sure to order your major appliances, furniture, accessories, and electronics from November 19-30. It may be a small window of time, but it’s a critical one, and highly beneficial. December will be a bad month for shopping because Mercury (the planet ruling commerce and also electronics) will be retrograde, and things can go wrong on many levels when Mercury goes into apparent backward motion.

This month I have to report that November 26-27 will NOT be good shopping days, for Mercury will be having an argument with Uranus. In the US these days are Black Friday and Black Saturday, two days when retailers offer sales. This year, these sales will only be for products you don’t want - refrain from shopping. It’s also not at all good for travel. Travel later or earlier, but not on these days.

Mercury will be out of phase from December 10-30, but you will feel the changes sooner, from the start of the month onward. We will also have a major lunar eclipse in late degree of Gemini on December 21, and that will bring even more unexpected developments. This year, the Leo who has done all holiday preparations early will be the happiest one of all. Don’t wait to the last minute to shop or make other holiday plans, not with next month’s aspects.

Professionally, something magical and very exciting may culminate in your career within days of the full moon, November 21 plus or minus five days. This is the best full moon of the year, and when you hear about your career victory, you will want to tell everyone you know. With the full moon at the top of your chart, many people in your industry (and possibly beyond that) will become aware of the honors being given to you now. This full moon November 21 is reward time, dear Leo!

There seems to be a sum of money that will come to you at the full moon November 21, too, making this a double-decker development, and one of your big moments of the year. The money may come in the form of a commission or bonus, licensing fee, or advance, and seems to be tied to the performance or popularity of the project you created. If you are interviewing for a job that pays salary, not commission, you will nevertheless conclude talks now (within four days of November 21) and be able to negotiate excellent benefits.

If you should lose a job at this time - very unlikely, but if that should happen - your outlook for money in 2011 is excellent, so they may have done you a big favor. Keep your head at the full moon November 21 and make them give you a huge severance package. It is there for you, but you have to ask for it. They feel guilty about letting you go, so make them pay you - it will make them feel better.

Thinking about finances, three days this month will be standouts. The first is November 4, when Mercury and Jupiter combine energies. This is a good day to make a sale or to discuss salary matters. The second important date for you, and this one gets a gold star, is November 15 when the Sun, your ruler, will signal good fortune Jupiter. This is a great day to meet with venture capitalists or your banker. The most important day of the month comes November 19, when the Sun signals Uranus, planet of surprises (this time happy ones for you), and again the subject will likely be money. November 15 and 19 are your best days this month.

November 19 is important for another reason. Jupiter has been retrograde and therefore weak since July 23, but will finally turn direct. Watch what happens in the days that surround November 18, the date Jupiter AND Venus (both) will go direct. You are likely to hear good news. I say make your actions on November 19, as I like to add a day beyond the day these planets change direction. If you feel you can’t seem to crystallize a deal no matter what you do, you will be able to do so after Jupiter is working at top speed.

Actually, if you have to sign a contract or launch a new project, product, or service, do so on November 19, not before. If you “give birth” to an endeavor while Jupiter and Venus is retrograde, the profit that develops will never be as good as it could have been if you launched while these two planets were moving direct and giving you their full support. Because November 19 falls so close to a very positive full moon, I don’t feel you will have any problems asking your proposed partners to wait for November 19.

Creatively, no matter what you do for a living, you are at your best. Mars has just entered your fifth house last month on October 28 and is set to stay there until December 7 In that time you will find your artistic self-expression to be some of your best. Next month you will have a new moon to boost this lovely energy further, so you are truly in one of your best phases where ideas will keep coming to you without trying too hard. You must promise to set time aside to work on your craft in November and December, for the rest of us want to enjoy what you create. It will be first class now.

Many Leos work in creative fields, mostly in entertainment or design. If you write for a living, say, by writing screenplays or TV dramas, you will find your writing to be maturing beautifully these days. This comes thanks to the presence of Saturn in Libra, well expressed in that sign. I should add that all phases of the communication arts come under this area of the chart, including editing, composing (music), writing computer code, doing translations, learning dialects (say, if you are an actor), and any sort of public speaking.
